Hardback. First Edition. Quick Backache Relief Without Drugs. Sunned spine to D/J. The author, who has himself a history of back trouble, has extablished a most impressive reputation as a specialist in relieving certain physical pains that plague the lives of millions of sufferers. He has done this by a technique which he calls 'auto-acupressure'. This technique is similar to acupuncture, but does not involve using needles. The sufferer simply uses his or her own thumbs, applied at the correct pressure points, to do the job. The diagrams and instructions in the book will enable the reader to perform effective acupressure on a friend, a member of the family or even on him - or herself. The author describes in detail the technique which can enable the backache sufferer to achieve a pain-free, normal life. Illustrations. 144 pp. (We carry a wide selection of titles in The Arts, Theology, History, Politics, Social and Physical Sciences. academic and scholarly books and Modern First Editions ,and all types of Academic Literature.).…
