Very Good / in VG jacket: book is straight, solid and unmarked, with light foxing from dust on top edge; jacket has closed 2" tear on bottom rear spine fold, three more quarter-inch tears at corners, in new archival quality clear protector. Hardcover in jacket, 8vo, 219 pp. A wonderful tale in which a Blackfoot boy and his white trapper's-son friend traverse dangerous lands and mysterious cultures to the mouth of the Columbia, seeking a strange skin; reminds me of the Hobbit. . .
