A very good copy of the first hard cover edition. Save for some apparent glue residue (perhaps from the previous owner's bookplate) on the front free endpaper the text is unmarked, and the binding bright and fresh in appearance. The jacket is intact, if rather tattered and frayed, especially on the rear panel.
