Item description from seller

15 pages ; 23 x 11 cm. From Wikipedia: "The Wisconsin Progressive Party (1934–1946) was a political third party that briefly held a major role in Wisconsin politics under the two sons of the late Robert M. La Follette.[6] It was on the political left wing, and it sometimes cooperated with the New Deal." This is certainly the founding document of the Party. A note in pencil states "Dup" and the only other known copy is at the Wisconsin Historical Society, so this is probably a discard from that institution. Very rare.
