First edition. A lovely copy of this 3D programme / Menu for the celebration of the 1963 awards, held on the 11th March 1963. The gold and pink pop up card features a representation of the award on the cover. inside is an illustrated design in gold white and pink. This has sections for the wine list, the evening menu and the programme. The award for Outstanding Instrumental Record for Dancing, was presented to Joe Loss. The poor chap, despite being the reward recipient, had provide two sets with his orchestra for "General dancing." The event was televised, and in a nice reversal, 45 minutes of the programme at the theatre was taken up with being filmed for the BBC. In excellent condition. There is a tiny line of loss to the pink where the 3-d cutting has affected it. Fractional creasing to folds in the pop up. Otherwise excellent.
