This is a "quarterly part" of the Society's Proceedings, issued in wrappers, which have chips and soil. Contents: [Conclusion of] S.H. Scudder's article, notes on the forficulariae, with a list of the described species; annual meeting, May 3, 1876; custodian's report; treasurer's report; officers for 1876-77; constitutional amendments, section of botany, general meeting; origin of the domestic sheep; genetic relations of stephanoceras; reptiles and batrachians collected by allen lesley on the isthmus of panama; notes on noctuae from florida. Paginated 321-424, iv. As p. 321 begins mid-article, it should be noted that this does not indicate that this item is incomplete. That is the curious way in which the BSNH published its separate parts. [b 222].
