Original line and stipple engraved print, image 24" x 19". Frame: 28.5" x23.5". Hand colored. Framed in older wood frame, with a faux marble finish with glaze. He is seated on the left with two dogs beside him and dead game at his feet. Behind him is an unidentified male holding a rifle. In the center, a black servant(Billy Lee) oversees a large dead antlered deer. Martha Washington is at right bearing a silver tray and refreshments, her two young children at her side (John Parke Custis and Martha Parke Custis). A young black male is seated in the lower right corner. A portion of the columns of Mount Vernon can be seen through the door on the right.***.
