Item description from seller

Navy blue cloth on boards with stamped bright gilt titling on front and spine. Book is tight, square, sharp-cornered and free of any markings or flaws inside or out. Really Fine or better. Pale blue endpapers. Unclipped Dust Jacket shows original price of $10.00 and is same robin's egg blue as endpapers. Very mild browing to top of front and spine. Very moderate scuffing to bottom of spine but DJ is Near Fine or better. From the publisher on the DJ flap: The Robinson-Patman Act (USA) was intended primarily to protect small enterprises against the price- cutting activities of predatory firms and to curb the discriminatory advantages in price enjoyed by large buyers. How has the act worked. 1st/1st.
