Paragraph-long, poetic inscription, "For Paul--", dated 2 September 1965, with self-portrait of author by Anderson to page facing title. Laid-in 8 page booklet titled "-About the Poem-" with drawings by Arnold Blanch. Blue paper-covered slipcase: large faint dampstain, dark discolored spots, scratches to back cover, scotch tape, "Lee Anderson" written small in blue ink to upper cover.
