The book has a bookplated showing who the book was presented by, most likely a Westvaco employee. The slipcase has only minor shelf wear. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 220 pages; It is one of a continuing series of limited edition books published at Christmas by West Virginia Pulp and Paper (now MeadWestvaco) Marcy was a US Army Captain authorized by the War Department to write a guide "for the tenderfoot traveler undertaking overland treks through the untamed west."
