Pleasant Hill, Ohio: The Parents Association, 1918. 12mo, navy blue cloth, gilt lettering. 132 pp. Wear to gilt, small stains to cover (see scan), very minor age toning to pages. A solid, tight Very Good. Volume Twelve of Ray Berry's popular-at-the-time series of volumes on "training" children (we probably wouldn't use that word these days) deals with.mental training of the child. I had little success with that, with my own kids - they did better training me - but then I didn't have Mr. Berry's help, either. You could call the series dated or quaint, but - it was re-printed in 2009, in India. Nicely preserved VG copy. L101.
