Subtitled "A Symposium of Population Studies", a collection of articles by various contributors in the department of Social Biology of the time. This is said to be an "unbound advance copy", consequently the boards are more representational than the final product; the spine, being fairly flimsy, is worn and torn, with portions missing from it. The front board remains attached to the webbing but not the body of the binding. The latter is well made and sound. The pages are clean.
