Planet Plane by John Beynon (First Edition) Scarce Bumping and rubbing to corners and spine ends. Minor sun tanning to spine. Wear to edges and spine ends and rubbing to hinges. In clear protective cover. First Edition, first printing. State "A" green cloth boards with black lettering to the spine, a First State pictorial dust jacket with 3/6 price, and advertisements for three Railton Holden books on the back cover. Pre-war books with a dust jacket are exceptionally scarce. This is the author's 3rd book and second science fiction novel. After World War II he wrote "Day of the Triffids" as John Wyndham which went on to become a 1963 film and two tv mini-series in1981 and 2009. Seller Inventory # HCX22589-1
