Covers and pages are clean, unmarked (except for a whited-out area at top of front cover), brightly colored, tightly bound and sharp cornered (except for light wear along cover edges). This was held in San Diego, CA at the Hotel Del Coronado. On Bake Off Day each of the finalists prepares her recipe, using one of the 100 GE ranges set up in the hotel ballroom. Finally, at the nationally televised awards luncheon, each winner is escorted to the stage and presented her check by TV star Bob Barker. Each Recipe includes the name and location of its contributor.
