Has the article, PROGRESS IN THE GRAPHIC ARTS by Gustav R. Mayer. Also includes: LABOR'S PART IN THE REHABITATION OF THE PHOTO-ENGRAVING INDUSTRY by Edward J. Volz (a lengthy discussion of the reaction of the International Photo-Engravers Union to President Roosevelt and the Recovery Act). Handsomely bound in bronze metallic-like patterned cloth, with leather labels on the spine and front cover. Gilt stamping is still bright and shiny as new. Original wraps are bound-in.
