About this Item
First edition published by Collins in 1962. This is a near fine copy. The wrapper has a small chip to the top right hand corner of of the front panel. It is price clipped and there are a small handful of spots to the back panel. Otherwise it is in a clean and crisp condition. The wrapper is a better example than is usually found for this title. The book, in blue cloth is excellent with no foxing, browning or ink. It is a superb copy. Juster's fantasy tale about a boy called Milo and his journey through a magic tollbooth. It has already been adapted to the big screen but the film made in 1970 was widely panned. A remake has been long mooted and kicked about by Warner Bros. The book has over 100 wonderful illustrations by Jules Feiffer and is rare with these attributes. . Seller Inventory # 003095
