Paperback. With remarkable clarity, reminiscent of the early writing of J Krishnamurti and Alan Watts, Rick Lewis weaves practical considerations about your spiritual life with profound mystical understanding. Whether describing the 'illusion of unworthiness' that most of us suffer, the challenges of spiritual practice, and his own awe in discovering the majesty of the present moment, this book is full of laser-sharp analogies that make complex spiritual/philosophical ideas attractive and easy to understand. His non-sectarian approach will be appreciated by seekers and practitioners of any religious tradition -- whether they are actively engaged in spiritual work, or approaching it for the first time. His words provide guidance and inspiration for revealing the spiritual in everyday life. In this text, Rick Lewis weaves practical considerations about spiritual life with profound mystical understanding. He describes the "illusion of unworthiness", the challenges of spitirual practice and his own awe in discovering the majesty of the present moment.
