Item description from seller

London: Sidgwick & Jackson, 1922. First edition, first printing. This is a very good copy. In the original navy blue cloth, with gilt titling to the front panel and spine. Some abrasion to the spine. The text blocks have a few spots of foxing. Internally, the book is mostly clean, with a few sparse spots. The frontispiece, a photograph of Violet Spender by Emery Walker, is crisp with the original tissue guard. This copy is free from inscriptions and is, overall, in very good condition.
