About this Item
A good, ex-library copy of the stated first hard cover edition, lacking a dust-jacket. Save for the customary library treatments to the endpapers, the base of the spine and the page edges the text is unmarked, pristine. The binding externally is bright and fresh in appearance, but the front webbing is split with the result that the front board is detached. Tape repair to rear gutter, the endpaper of which is split, revealing the webbing, which remains intact. A sharp copy all in all. [Please note: Due to the size and weight of the volume extra shipping may be required depending on the destination and speed of delivery requested. Quotations gladly provided.].
