GOOD MINUS Condition: The wrappers are sunned, the spine is creased and toned, there is light corner and edge wear, the spine folds are tender, the front cover spine fold of Volume 2 is split half way up from the bottom but still holding, the front cover spine fold of Volume 1 has a one inch split starting at the bottom; internally, the inner pages are toned, more so at the margins, else the pages are bright, clean and unmarked and the text is clear throughout. A presentable set of these two important works related to the United States relationship to Mexico under President Polk, from President Polk's perspective.
