145 pages. 6" X 4". Stiff brown wraps with cover titles in black. Some light wear and some minor discoloration to spine. Binding sound. Interior clean with some very light toning. Ivy Kellerman Reed [1877-1968] was a noted linguist and early ardent promoter of esperanto, conceived as a universal language. She, along with Ralph A. Lewin, created an esperanto translation of "Winnie-the-Pooh", and a translation of Shakespeare's "As You Like It" which were performed at the World Esperanto Conference in Washington D.C. This copy is the ORIGINAL 1915 printing.
