CONDICIONES DE ENVÍO ACTUALES

Para pedidos a partir de 10 eur los envíos nacionales se realizarán siempre con seguimiento mediante el servicio especial de Correos Pack Premium con entrega en 24 o 48 horas. Para pesos superiores a 4 kg, enviamos por agencia de mensajería, dentro de la península. Para pedidos inferiores a 10 euros, se enviará mediante el servicio de Libros de Correos: si prefiere un envío certificado, elija la opción urgente al tramitar el pedido o alcance la cantidad de 10 euros en su pedido.
A los clientes que elijan como forma de pago el ingreso o la transferencia, les enviamos un mensaje indicándoles el número de cuenta y el importe total, incluyendo los gastos de envío.
Una vez tramitado el pedido, realizamos el envío en un plazo máximo de 2 días hábiles. Siempre que el cliente elija un envío certificado, facilitamos mediante correo electrónico el código de seguimiento. Si una entrega se retrasa más allá de los plazos indicados, es conveniente que el comprador acuda a su ofina de Correos para reclamar el envío y evitar así posibles devoluciones.
En pedidos de más de un artículo, si falta alguno de ellos, siempre avisamos al cliente antes de tramitar la compra.
Por norma general, indicamos el estado de conservación en la descripción de cada artículo. Como nuevo. Excelente estado: casi nuevo. Muy buen estado: mejor estado de lo normal, sin defectos. Buen estado: conservación normal teniendo en cuenta la antigüedad del libro y sin defectos de consideración. De no indicar nada, se entiende que, al menos, el artículo se halla en aceptable estado. Los defectos que consideramos importantes se refieren en la descripción. También se indican, por norma general, elementos como firmas, dedicatorias, subrayados (salvo los leves a lápiz), sellos, ex-libris, anotaciones...
Cuando no se menciona el tipo de encuadernación en la descripción se entiende que es en rústica. Siempre que el libro conserve una sobrecubierta original, se indica en la descripción.
Aceptamos devoluciones cuando el cliente no está satisfecho con el artículo. No obstante, sólo nos hacemos cargo de los gastos de envío que conlleva la devolución cuando el motivo es de cierta gravedad. Por ello, si el cliente necesita que un libro reúna determinadas condiciones, es preferible que se ponga en contacto con la librería antes de comprarlo, ya que, aunque sería raro, es posible que se haya colado algún detalle (firma, sello, algún subrayado, corte en hoja...) o que la valoración del estado de conservación de la librería (de acuerdo a lo expuesto) no coincida con la del comprador.

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Librería Monogatari, Chapela, Pontevedra, Spain, +34 0034 - 986451656, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
2. The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
