Coloured frontispiece and 3 colour plates including C.E. Brock and A.E. Jackson. Black and white and tinted illustrations by Jackson, Ethel K. Burgess, Louis Wain (6 small cat drawings), H. R. Millar, Hilda Cowham and W. Heath Robinson (5 large illustrations to Jack or the Golden Snuffbox and 4 large red and black illustrations to Stupider and Stupider).
