** SCARCE ** 1ST EDITION ** FINE HARDCOVER ** NEAR FINE SLIPCASE ** NOT A LIBRARY BOOK ** STURDY CLOTH BINDING ** CLEAN, STAIN-FREE, UNMARKED ** Self-published in Cleveland, Ohio, 1947. The book itself is essentially flawless, appears brand new and unread. Slipcase shows slight signs of shelf-use with just a bit of wear at the top and bottom of the casing spine. The book itself is exceedingly clean, bright, and stain-free, square and straight, quite firm and tight in its binding, no pages are loose, missing, creased, folded, or torn. The hinges are sound and undamaged, the corners are sharp and unbumped. There is no writing, underlining, highlighting, or markings of any such kind anywhere in the book. All pages are clean and stain-free, and all text is sharp and legible. The cloth binding is unmarked and without any signs of wear, appears as crisp and fresh as new. The slipcase is clean and stain-free, complete and intact, with the aforementioned wear at the spine ends but no other notable defects.
