about 700 pages, condition, lacks binding, Contents mostly very good and clean, some pages detached, a few corner tip folds, a few pages with minor dirt etc., front page 9 is dirty with fold and tear to base and owners? name to top Olive Twist ( or Oliver Twist). Contents Pages 9 to 202 + 1899 Almanac (12 pages) + adverts, rising etc. of planets, phases of moon, tide table (24 pages) + diary (12 pages) + fold out illustration of Lowestoft lifeboat and crew + (iii pages ) + diary of dates (24 pages + ii) + regulations, Royal family, stamps (iii pages ) + fold out illustration of Lowestoft pier reading room, yacht basin + short stories etc. (22 pages) + fold out illustration of four views of Lowestoft + companion to the Almanac (24 pages) + humorous companion (16 pages) + guide to good manners (24 pages) + Pages 203 to 520 + Pages 527 to 550, so not complete as lacks binding and about 15-20 pages, but has about 700 pages including hundreds of adverts, names and illustrations of most or all councillors, names and some illustrations committees / members, information on fish in season, postal rates, times of post mail carriages, list of friendly societies, list of fairs, list of Lowestoft fishing vessels (names & owners) and lots more, also unnumbered illustrate pages of HRH The Duke of York & Mayoress of Lowestoft, lots of illustrations in adverts, stories and illustrations of places in Lowestoft. Pages in brackets are unnumbered pages. it would appear this may have been the only edition, which is not surprising as it is such a comprehensive tome of over 700 pages, it would seem he could not have made any profit and lost quite a bit on O'Driscoll's Annual. At time of listing no copy listed on Google or abebooks, could only find ref to a copy in Suffolk Council Archives. Size: 12.5 x 8.25 + 3.25 Thick Approx. Seller Inventory # 002792
