Boards with cloth spine, pages are slightly wavy, else fine; color pictorial dust jacket with damp stain along bottom edge visible on verso, with original price intact ($14.00). I'm a fan of Roz Chast, and really, her illustrations are the best thing about this book. While not an original premise, it is well executed and amusing. A girl is sent to her room for bad behavior, she plans her escape and revenge.but of course her plans are derailed by cake and ice cream. Chast's first book for children. Size: 4to.
