( infact pages 121-128 uncut / unread). Rest good . From page 188 between ALL pages to end is an extra blank ( hand made paper) page bound in, most with extra hand written information / notes in pencil (or pen) with some under lining and notes on text too. (see scans). It has no title page, no mention of publisher, author or date.
