Fine in a Good jacket, unclipped ($2.50 net on the spine), heavily toned and soiled, chipped along the edges and spine, tears and creases at the folds and back panel. Grey cloth on the boards with gilt lettering and rules on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, gilt top edge, toned at the endpapers, frontispiece of Henry James, clean otherwise. The second volume in James's autobiography. This copy comes from the personal collection of Caldecott Medal-winning illustrator Maurice Sendak. Seller Inventory # 8050
