Another freezing winter descends in seeming peace upon the Northern Ontario lake where realtor Belle Palmer lives genteelly with her dog, tropical fishes and classic film collection. But the snow-laden tranquillity is tragically disturbed when a good friend is lost in a freak snowmobile accident on an isolated lake. Or so it seems. Belle and others suspect foul play, but a motive and a criminal prove hard to find. Resort owners, anti-environmentalists and the new local drug dealers may all have had reason to want Jim Burian quietly removed, and information isn’t forthcoming. Belle is determined to find out what happened to this decent man, but she is shocked when she discovers what twisted roots underlie this savage crime on idyllic northern ice.

Store description
We started selling books at the Toronto Book Fair in the Fall of 1996. In 2004 we opened up a Brick and Mortar store on the corner of Lakeshore and Bronte. We unfortunately only lasted for 2 years. Then we closed the B&M and moved everything back home. We continue to do book shows such as the Bouchercon, Bloody Words, The Toronto Book Fair, The Ottawa Antiquarian Show and Thrillerfest. In order to sell and acquire signatures. Thank you.

Shipping terms
I make it a rule not to contact you with extra shipping. When I buy books I buy with the thought of "How much is this book going to cost to ship." If it's too much I won't buy it.
The shipping charges that ABE quotes is the final shipping charges. I will not contact you for more money. I will bite the bullet myself rather then harass you for more money.
Thank you. Don
