First edition. Hardcover book . Cloth and dustjacket. 256pp. With 37 line drawing illustrations in text, and various tables. Records the building of a sustainable, green, easy to maintain and relatively inexpensive, house in Southwell in the Midlands. Very Good in near Fine protected jacket. Light rubbing to cover edges; owner's name on flyleaf (an architect). Jacket has tiny chip to one corner, and v. light wear to edges. Pictures available.
