Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped every working day, by Royal Mail, from rural West Wales in the UK.

(Because my Royal Mail collection is in the morning, shipments are usually a day in hand.)

Delivery dates quoted by ABE do not allow for non-working days so shipments over a week-end or Bank Holiday may take longer than they say.

UK Orders

Standard shippimg is by Royal Mail Second Class and is free of charge, regardless of weight. Allow at least 4 working days.
Priority Shipping is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Extra charge �2.95 Allow working 3 days, (hopefully only 2). Signature required on delivery.

Orders to EU countries

All shipments into the European Union are by Royal Mail International Standard and are accompanied by electronic Customs/tax data (IOSS)

Orders to USA

All shipments to USA are now sent import duty paid by Standard Airmail (not tracked). Import duty will be passed on as an extra charge - however, at present (Jan 26) no import duty is being charged. Priority Shipping is by Royal Mail International Tracked. Allow 10 days for either tarif

Other Overseas Orders

Standard Shipping is by Royal Mail Economy which may take up to 45 working days to some countries.
Priority shipping is by Royal Mail International Standard which should arrive in 7 to 10 working days.

International Shipments over 1 Kg in weight

Parcels over 1 kilogram will require extra charges. These may be declined but in that case, the Order will be cancelled.

International Shipments over 2 Kg in weight

Parcels over 2 Kg may be sent using a commercial parcel delivery service instead of the mail.
