I began collecting Fantasy & Science fiction in 1970 and opened my own brick & mortar shoppe in 1976 under the name, The Book Symposium, in Anaheim, California. I closed the shoppe long ago and since have been selling under my own name and on eBay under the moniker of epagana. I mentored for fifteen years under the noted bookman Roy A. Squires, specializing in Fantasy & Science Fiction and in my more than forty years of collecting & selling I have dealt with virtually every major bookseller in the field from Gerry de la Ree to Lloyd Currey. . . and I have learned much! I have sold to and appraised collections for the John Hay Library, Brown University's H.P. Lovecraft Collection and the Bancroft Library, University of Southern California, Berkeley's Clark Ashton Smith Collection and numerous individual clients. I worked with Ray Bradbury & Gary Gianni on Ray's last book - The Nefertiti-Tut Express which I designed and published in 2012 as The RAS PRESS.
