Included with the book is a 4 page copy of "Judicial History of Brown County" which lists Perry as a Judge in the county. Also included is a South Dakota Legislature historical listing, showing that Perry was also a congressman. Finally there is a humorous article about ancestor John Van Buren Perry, City Marshall of Virginia City (also THE John Perry of "Perry's Victory" in Lake Erie.
