Messerschmitt Aircraft Works. A Calendar printed in 1942 by Carl Werner Size: 44 x 36 cms. With 24 colour photographs - two for each month - one per page - measuring 24 x 29 cms. German language. Pictures include planes in flight, Generals, technicians working on planes, planes in the desert with Arabs etc. Pictures are entitled Messerschmitt Me 108 'Taifun'; Generaloberst Udet mit Oberst Galland und Oberst Molders; Messerschmitt Me 109 uber smolensk; Zerstorer Me 110 uber den norwegischen Fjorden; Messerschmitt me 110 in Sizilien; Zerstorer Me 110 in Nordafrika; Messerschmitt Me 109 auf einem afrkanischen Feldflugplatz; Zerstorer Messersschmitt Me 110 uber der Akropolis etc. The pages still have their calendar strip intact. Condition: Very Good. The front cover has suffered a little loss and is worn at the edges. There are remnants of the glue from sellotape along the top edge. It is no longer attached to the calendar. The first page has also been damaged and is no longer attached. I have made small repairs to each from the reverse side using transparent archival tape. The following seven pages have a crease at the corner of the calendar strip, each to a lesser degree, that I have strengthened using the same invisible document tape. One of the following pages has a missing corner; this on the calendar strip. All the pages are clean and the photographs remain fresh and bright. Ideal images for framing.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.If a book is small packaging and postage is charged at the lower rate of one pound and fifty pence, the amount being reduced when the order is processed.
It is recommended that more valuable books be insured, particularly if they are being sent overseas. I will contact the buyer with a cost prior to do so. In the UK packages sent by Royal Mail special delivery can be tracked and are insured; otherwise, though every effort is made on my part to locate an item lost in the post, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss.
