Dark green 1st edition hardcover has a blindstamped insignia of the Publisher in center of front board, below that is a 1" white mark, tips bumped, spine ends frayed. Inner hinge papers cracked but 278 page block has no tears or writing and despite tender hinges, is going nowhere. Volume one is the memories of Lord Fisher through his Navy career.
