With a new preface written by the author for this volume. A map of Wessex is printed immediately after the text. Green buckram boards stamped in gilt on the spine and with a decorative TH stamped on the upper panel. Top edge gilt, foreedge untrimmed. A clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy without dust jacket (as issued). A little marking to the cloth and a bump to the bottom corner of upper board. Other volumes from this edition also available.
