Hard Cover. Near Fine/Near Fine -. First Printing. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Jean Harris, author of two extraordinary books, "Stranger in Two Worlds" and "They Always Call Us Ladies," has been recognized by crtics and readers alike as a gifted writer who possesses the uncanny ability to capture vividly the raw, harrowing life of a woman in prison. This, her third, is a decidedly more personal and intimate volume as it shares a private Jean Harris with the world at large through letters to and from a close friend, well-known writer, Shana Alexander. Dust jacket has minimal wear evident only at lower back corner tip. Very nice copy.
