84pp with all plates and maps present and in particular those from photographs by Alvin Langdon Coburn of which there are 11 (not 12 as called for on the title page). The exception being the portrait of the Lord Mayor being by Lafayette. The covers are differentially toned with a crease to the bottom left hand corner of the rear cover and slight edge wear as to be expected. The original staples have rusted but are still firm with all pages holding and remaining fresh with only slight foxing to the bottom edge of one plate. An uncommonly good copy.
