A real nice clean unmarked 216 page presumed first edition softcover. Whether you are a newly-hired manager or an experienced chief executive, you and your staff can use this practical "why" and "how to" guide to achieve better results. Because it synthesizes all relevant management theories, you won't find a more informative book anywhere which will stimulate your thinking and help you solve your most difficult day to day problems than this one! While many managers realize that most managerial difficulties stem from "people problems," they may not have a systematic way of dealing with them. The "Management By Responsibility" system can change that. Size: 11h x 8 1/4w.
