Book III, the second edition contains 44 plates, 4 of which are coloured. Each having an intricately illustrated frontispiece. Collated, complete. This text was designed to support engineering students in mastering mechanical drawing techniques, a foundational skill in early 20th century technical education. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, in very good condition, with some bumping and shelf wear to extremities. The odd handling mark to boards. Slight offsetting to endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean, with some age toning and the odd pencil inscription from previous owner. The odd spot closer to the fore edge. The occasional closed tear to folding plates. Very Good Indeed.
