Original prospectus for the groundbreaking Chicago urban redevelopment project designed by Bernard Goldberg and built in the 1960s. This modernist monument to high mid-century style included not only 900 residential units but commercial amenities, creating a microcosm of the urban landscape. Curved hallways, pie-shaped rental units (now condominiums) and distinctly modern design attracted residents to the development. Includes street plans, floor plans, photos of amenities, a planning guide in a pocket in the rear cover, many details about the planned development.
