Gian Piero Bognetti (1902-1963) � stato uno dei maggiori storici del diritto e medievalisti italiani. Dagli interessi medievistici nascono anche i primi scritti manzoniani, i quali partiti dall'accertamento di una tesi di Manzoni sui re longobardi si slargano in una completa indagine sulla genesi del pensiero politico e storico del Manzoni fino all'Adelchi e al Discorso. Il volume presenta anche un lungo, interessante inedito dal titolo Il Manzoni giovane in nuove fonti, che ricostruisce, con il sussidio di minute ricerche archivistiche, gli anni della Scapigliata giovinezza manzoniana e d� la cronaca del cosiddetto romanzo della "ragazza di casa mia". Si pu� ben dire che questi scritti di Bognetti costituiscono quanto di meglio, pi� rigorosa mente storico esiste attualmente sulla giovinezza del Manzoni, tanto spesso anche recentemente interpretata in chiave romanzata, non sempre con gusto e perizia. Statutory Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
