For the dedicated Howard Phillips Lovecraft devotee, this is a vital piece of weird fiction bibliography. Published in 1977 by the legendary Necronomicon Press, this volume brings together the three original issues of The Lovecraft Collector (first published by Ray Zorn in 1949) for the first time in a single facsimile printing. Rarity & Provenance: This is a strictly limited edition of only 500 numbered copies. This specific copy is hand-numbered #56, making it an early strike from the press and a highly collectible association piece for the "Old Gent of Providence." Historical Significance: This booklet serves as a portal into early Lovecraft fandom, preserving the specialized articles and bibliographical notes that helped define the field long before the digital age. Condition: Covers: Original softcover. The front cover shows some age-related discoloration, common for this paper stock, giving it a true vintage "fanzine" aesthetic. Interior: The text block is exceptionally clean, free from markings, creases, or notations. Integrity: A crisp, structurally sound copy of a fragile 1970s small-press publication. A cornerstone for any collection focusing on H.P. Lovecraft, the history of horror fandom, or the prestigious output of Marc Michaud’s Necronomicon Press. …
