"Best Regards," SIGNED by the author on title page. A coming-of-age story, beginning in 1933, Wolf Point, Montana. From the rear cover: "An Indian tells his army life from his early days in the National Guard. You will live with him all the way through garrison, Australia and jungle fighting in New Guinea." Condition: First fep missing. Spine is not creased, corners worn, bottom edge of front cover is creased. Based on the "Good Only" condition of this book, I would say many have found it a fine read. And a scarce book.
