About this Item

Slight fading to the edges of the boards with a little rubbing to the corners. Browning to the edges of the pages. The front free endpaper has the name of the original owner along with a date, the names of his two Colleges and a reference number - this was Jimmy Altham, a Life Fellow of Gonville & Caius College, and a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. The pages are slightly browned but are otherwise clean and unmarked. The jacket has chipping around the top and bottom of the spine with a two inch closed tear down the side of the spine next to the front panel and another one inch tear at the bottom. There is also rubbing along the edges of the spine and browning to the rear panel. First printing. Seller Inventory # 021044

European Orders: Shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. For European orders I have only quoted a price for air mail. Not all European countries have been added so your shipping may appear high. Please note that I will adjust the charge I make if this is the case and postage to Europe will be lower than the rest of the world. If you are buying a small paperback or another small book then the postage and packing will generally be reduced by �1.50 and I will reduce the charge before processing your order.

Other overseas orders: shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. I will generally use whatever method is covered by the standard postage charge but if you specifically wish to have it sent surface or airmail or anything else please ask and I will amend the charge accordingly.
