Two volume set, 1926 & 1938 printings, in excellent condition, very occasional pencil margin notes and the odd foxing freckle. Gravure plate in vol I, vol II has laid in an offprint by Ralph Griffin (A Brass once at Staplehurst in Kent) and a gift inscription below which arer authors Guiseppi and Griffin's dated signatures. Vol II is very crisp and wear-free, vol I has slight rubbing along the hinges, both retain an unfaded appearance with gilt titling on spine and boards. 718pp, 719-849pp. Size: 4to. Signed by Author.
