xi, 475pp; viii, 480pp. Contemporary brown half calf over cloth, spines with five raised bands, gilt decorations, and morocco labels lettered in gold, all edges marbled, marbled endpapers. Portrait frontispiece. Likely Selkirk historian Thomas Craig-Brown's copy with a Selkirk, Scotland bookplate and his signature on it. There is a handwritten letter addressed to Craig-Brown tipped in in volume one but unfortunately not all the text is readable. Light rubbing to covers, black labels on the spines are gone. Internally extremely clean with only mild foxing to the first and last few leaves. A bright, very good set. ; Octavo. Seller Inventory # 33004
