Slight wear to corners of D/J. Slight finger marks to D/J. In this book the author gives hope to every sufferer of compulsive behaviour. Whether they are failed dieters, compulsive eaters, bullmics, alcoholics, drug addicts or 'chocoholics' who spend up to &8.00 a day on sweets. Paulette has a message for their salvation that is founded on her experience. With no holds barred, she takes us to the depths of her depression and shows how she clawed her way out of it, and how she evolved the Maisner Method. Here is a book to give courage to every sufferer from bulimia and compulsive behaviour, and hope to their families. 196 pp.
