Item description from seller

Please find: "Leonardo Da Vinci and the Splendor of Poland: A History of Collecting and Patronage" edited by Laurie Winters. This book is the catalogue for an exhibition of the same name organized by the Milwaukee Art Museum and on view there from September 13, 2002 through November 24, 2002. It subsequently traveled to the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, and the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco. The book is very well illustrated, with 79 color plates and 115 b&w illustrations. Condition: This book is in near fine condition. The dust jacket shows some minor edge wear at the top of the spine, a bit of rolling to the edge. There are also the remanants of a paste-down sales label on the back cover. The hard covers are clean and bright, actually pristine. Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages and plates are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight, sound and square. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
