ACA WSO INC. We are Adult Children of Alcoholics/ Dysfunctional Families, World Service Organization (ACA WSO). Founded more than 40 years ago, we are a nonprofit 12-Step organization. We provide guidance on working the 12 Step ACA program leading to recovery from the effects of growing up in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family. ACA WSO has adapted AA's Steps (with permission from AA) to address the effects of childhood trauma and neglect, offering hope to ACAs worldwide. We only sell official (ACA WSO) Conference Approved Literature. Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families (ACA) is an independent 12 Step and 12 Tradition anonymous program. ACA’s Tenth Tradition states that ACA has no opinion on outside issues; hence, the ACA name ought never be drawn into public controversy. Shipping within Canada is by CanadaPost Expedited Parcel or airmail depending on the weight of the package. Shipping to the USA is by CanadaPost Small Packets Surface. For packages over 1 kg, shipping is by Expedited Parcel USA. International shipping is by Small Packets Surface. Shipping rates are based on packages weighing 2.2 lbs (1 kg). On occasion, very heavy books, as well as sets, may require additional shipping charges. Larger, multi-volume orders can be shipped at actual cost. We will contact you in these cases in order to arrange shipping in accordance with your preference. Travel time on International orders via regular parcel post can take up to 8 WEEKS to arrive. It averages 20-30 days, with some packages arriving faster than that, but 35+ day travel time is VERY common and quite normal, and can even be a bit longer if the package is held up in the Customs Department in your country waiting to be cleared for delivery.

ITALY (35-45 days)
GERMANY (25-35 days)
